8:00 AM = School will be open

9:00 – 10:15 AM = Stage will be open for inspection by Choruses and Quartets on

first come, first serve. Please limit your stage time to 7 minutes or less.

10:30 AM – 12:15 PM = Chorus Contest (10 min per chorus @ 9 Choruses plus mike tester)

12:15 PM – 1:00 PM = Lunch break, Judges/Coaches time, Quartet preparation time

1:00 PM - 2:30 PM = Quartet Contest (7 min per quartet @ 12 quartets plus mike tester)

2:30 PM – 2:50 PM = Mass sing /Announce contest results & Judges/Coaches time

2:50 PM – 4:50 PM = Chorus Coaching

4:50 PM – 5:00 PM = 10 minute break

5:00 PM – 6:30 PM = Quartet Coaching

NOTE: the above times are estimated, final timing will be established when total number of contestants is determined.

DIRECTIONS TO THE CONTEST SITE

Franklin Middle School is at 1234 West Mason St. Green Bay, WI.

Directions: From Hwy 41 turn East on Mason St.. Franklin Middle School is about 1-½ miles from 41 on the Left, just past Notre Dame High School.

Parking: Is in the back of the school on Lore Lane. To reach Lore Lane turn LEFT off Mason onto Maryhill Drive (between Notre Dame H.S. and Franklin M.S.) or Left onto Oneida (just past Franklin M.S.)
