On Saturday, November 19, 2005, the Hilltop Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society performed its annual show at Bethel College's awesome Benson Hall in suburban St. Paul, Minnesota. The theme was "1970s," and the chorus had a surprising array of songs from that era arranged for four-part a capella harmony.
Performing groups included the award-winning Great Northern Union chorus (currently ranked fifth in the world!), the current International Champion Quartet Realtime (members from Canada, US, and Australia), and LOL District champion quartets Nouveau, Quest, and After Midnight.
All photos here were taken with my Panasonic FZ20 digital camera on a tripod in the balcony. All settings were manual. (See also the photos from the 2001 GNU show.)
