The following information will be helpful for chapter secretaries in making hotel arrangements and for registering those members participating in COTS,

ALERT: The Best Western Motel rooms have all been taken as of December 20th.  Therefore, call  Hotel 6 at 715-235-6901 for room reservations.

HOTEL & ROOM INFORMATION

1.    Reservations are to be made at the Best Western Inn.  When making your reservation, please ask for the "Barbershop" rooms. 

2.    Reservations should be made by December 20, 2002.  After that time, the hotel will release the block of "Barbershop"  rooms and cannot assure you of a room reservation.  

3.    Room rate is $64.00 per room per night which includes taxes (based on 1-4 person occupancy).

4.    There should be at least 2 people per room.  Please specify non-smoker if you prefer a non-smoking roommate.

5.    Pay all miscellaneous expenses such as phone, movie rentals, etc., at the hotel front desk at the time of check-out.

6.    If you wish to make reservations for Friday night arrival, please advise the hotel of  each early arrival's name.
