The following information will be helpful for chapter secretaries in making hotel arrangements for those members participating in COTS,

HOTEL & ROOM INFORMATION

1. Reservations will be made at the Holiday Inn - Convention Center, 205 S. Barstow, Eau Claire, WI 54701, for Saturday night only (unless otherwise specified.

2. Normal hotel check in time is after ? If you need to be in your room prior to this time, you should consider making your reservation one day earlier. The hotel cannot guarantee rooms will be ready on Saturday morning.

3. Room rate is $65.00 per room per night which includes taxes (based on 1-4 person occupancy).

4. List those with whom you wish to room. There should be at least 2 people per room. Please specify non-smoker if you prefer a non-smoking roommate.

5. Pay all miscellaneous expenses such as phone, movie rentals, etc., at the hotel front desk at the time of check-out.

6. If you wish to make reservations for Friday night arrival, please so indicate behind each early arrivals name.

7. Last date to cancel room reservations is November 9, 2000

8. COMPLETE REGISTRATION FORM AND RETURN BEFORE OCT. 23, 2000.

9. Don't wait until the 23rd of October. Rooms may be scarce due to local events. REGISTER EARLY.
