Welcome to the LOL COTS website. We hope that you will use this site for information and inquiry in preparation for the upcoming 2000 Chapter Operations Training Seminar. The year 2000 is starting off with many changes. My name is Jerry Kirsling and I am your new COTS coordinator. The location for COTS has been changed this year from the Thunderbird in Bloomington, MN to the Holiday Inn & Civic Center in Eau Claire, WI. The cost will be $75.00 per participant. The dates for the LOL COTS has also changed. Instead of December it will be on November 11th & 12th. This will alleviate some of the pressure we all experience in the hectic month of December. The schedule will be very much the same as in the past years. The Chapter Bulletin Editor's seminar will be held and there is a good possibility that we will also be able to have the "Joe Barbershopper" seminar which has become so popular in the past. We hope that all chapter Presidents will encourage their new officers as well as individual members to attend COTS. We have an outstanding Dean and excellent faculty to make this year another enjoyable, productive and successful event.
